About

Hear from Joel in his own words about his background and approach to being a Financial Adviser…

What’s the most rewarding part of your role?

I love sharing my knowledge of the financial industry and get a real kick out of identifying gaps for my clients – giving them something they didn’t know they needed through smart and simple planning.

What difference do you make to your clients?

By empowering them with knowledge, I give them control over their financial future. Guiding them through simple tweaks that they can make to improve their financial prospects is a real pleasure.

What’s your biggest achievement?

Owning my own home at such a young age along with meeting my gorgeous fiancée.

What would you say to someone who said financial advice wasn’t right for them?

At the end of the day it’s just a conversation to help you to plan better for your future. Simply paying into a workplace pension scheme isn’t always going to be enough, especially for the younger generation. I want to challenge the myth that you need to have a lot of money to warrant advice; to me, it’s more about being smart with the money you do have.

What are your hobbies?

I enjoy going to the gym, socialising with friends and going to watch my football team – Chelsea FC – play whenever I can.

What’s one fun fact not many people know about you?

I featured in a comedy TV series on Netflix alongside David Walliams.
